Action, Set Password
. This option is used to change
the password of an existing user. To set a password
required to access a user profile, click
Set Password
from the Action menu, and the Change Password dia-
log opens:
To add a new password, the old password must be
provided as an added level of security. Type the new
password in the
New Password
field, and re-enter the
new password in the
Confirm
field. Press the
Enter
key on your keyboard to save.

Tools, Set Virtual IP Address
The
Virtual IP Address Entry
screen displays the IP
address that is shared between the Active and Hot
Backup Receivers. This is also the same address to
which the router was port-forwarded. This screen al-
lows the Virtual IP Address to be changed.
When finished, click
OK
to save or click
Cancel
to exit
without saving. When saving a new IP address, the
following warning popup appears indicating that up to
60 seconds may elapse before the new IP address will
be put into operation:
If the new Virtual IP address is invalid or already in
use, the following popup will appear:
Note:
The Virtual IP address can also be manually
assigned at the keypad at any time (see page 15).
Tools, Set Port Number
As stated previously (see page 7,
ROUTER SETUP
),
transmitters are defaulted to send events into listening
port 5001. If all transmitters have been configured for a
different port number, the Receiver default port number
also needs to be modified by the
Receiver Port Number

screen. When finished, click
OK
to save or click
Cancel
to exit without saving. When saving, a warn-
