Semi-annual checklist:

1.

Remove and inspect all filters for excessive particulate loading and

physical damage

if required replace prefilters, afterfilters, pilot air

filter and mufflers

2.

Check pressure differential indicator and if it turns red, replace the
element.

3.

Remove exhaust mufflers. Knock out excess particulate and back flow

with dry compressed air. If particulate cannot be removed completely
change the exhaust mufflers.

4.

Check desiccant condition. Powder in the mufflers is an indication of
the status of the desiccant

5.

Check all solenoid valves

check valve seating, coil condition and

control circuit

Annual checklist:

1.

Replace prefilters, afterfilters, pilot air filter and mufflers.

2.

Recalibrate dew point analyzer probe and monitor and send back to

factory for recalibration.
