1. Connect the wall adapter to the electrical outlet (or connect the car
adapter to the car cigarette lighter).
2. Position the product properly.
3. Press the power button to begin the massage. Heating and rolling
functions would also be activated. The product will shut off automatically
after 20 minutes.
4. Press the heating button to adjust between 2 heat levels (High / Low)
or turn off the heating function.
5. Press the massage direction adjustment button to change massage
direction.
6. Press the speed adjustment button to choose among 3 massage speed
levels (low / medium / high).
7. Press the power button to stop the massage at any time.

Before cleaning, make sure that the product has been turned
off and that the adapter has been pulled out from the outlet.
Clean with a dry cloth.
Do not clean the product with corrosive detergent, otherwise
it might be damaged or the color might fade.
