6.1 Cleaning and purification
If Dangerous goods spill or enter the equipment, the user is responsible for
proper purification.
Users should clean and purify according to the methods
introduced in this manual to ensure that the equipment is
not damaged; The use of inappropriate cleaning agents and
incorrect disinfection steps may cause damage to the centrifuge
and internal components;
6.1.1
Implementation of cleaning and purification
Before cleaning and maintaining the centrifuge, please
turn off the power switch and unplug the power cord!
The regular (or based on usage) cleaning and maintenance tasks mainly involve
the centrifuge casing, inner chamber, rotor, and separation containers used; This is to
prevent pollutants from being left on top, causing corrosion and environmental
pollution to the components used.
Organic solvents cannot be used as they can
decompose the lubricating grease inside the motor
bearings; During the cleaning process, liquids, especially
organic solvents, should not come into contact with the motor
spindle and bearing balls!
6.1.2
Implementation of steam sterilization
The lifespan of the attachment is related to the frequency and use of sterilization.
If there is obvious corrosion and damage to the rotor and separation container, please
stop using it immediately.
