turned on and the rotor is stopped, the open button
can be pressed to open the lid;
only when the lid is locked, the centrifuge can start running.
-
Over speed: When the rotor speed exceeds in 400 rpm the set speed, the alarm will sound;
when the rotor speed exceeds in 450 rpm the maximum permitted rotor speed, the motor
will automatically stop. Once rotor is completely stopped, open the lid, remove the
obstacles and re-run.
-
Emergency lid opening system: if during operation there a sudden power failure or machine
fault and the lid cannot be open then it will be necessary to use the emergency opening
system (please refer t
o “troubleshooting”).
2.5 Placement requirements
-
The centrifuge must be placed on a rigid, stable Surface and must be kept away from any
impact or vibration; avoid heat and direct sunlight exposure.
-
There must be a free space of 10-15 cm all around the centrifuge to assure correct cooling
ventilation.
-
Level must be adjusted after installation and make the four supporting legs at the bottom of
the equipment to support evenly on the horizontal Surface.
-
Power supply to the equipment must be of 220V CA / 50-60HZ / 10A and must properly
earthed.
The equipment must be perfectly grounded. Do not cut off
power supply during operation, the control circuit could be
damaged.
