Entering the normal
ON
mode, we control the quality and the size of the
flame, we observe the exhaust gas outlet not to exceed the limits of the
ALARM MENU
. If the exhaust outlet temp is large(over than 200
o
C) then we
can reduce the time to the maximum
(TECHNICAL MENU > PELLET FEEDER
MENU > Duration at Max
). It is required to check the size of the flame and
the possible excess air because in the early stages can give incorrectly a high
exhaust outlet.
At the same time, we adjust the air velocity. (
TECHNICAL MENU–
COMBUSTION AIR MENU
supply or rpm). Experimentally, the flame should
not be too fast nor too dull neither short nor tall and touch the upper part of
the fireplace. Its color should be dark lemon - light orange. To achieve the
ideal flame (within the limits of the adjusted exhaust gas outlet), we increase
or decrease the air velocity.
We do the same for setting the flame in low. The way is given below:
(TECHNICAL MENU > PELLET FEEDER > Duration at Min)
(TECHNICAL MENU– COMBUSTION AIR MENU rounds in min power)
ADVICES
If we want to reduce the flame-waiting time (white-gray smoke) we can
increase 1-2 points the air by:
MENU > SETTINGS > RECIPE
> Airflow Tempor.Activation
