IVx3 Flush Signal connection
When the flush cycle is initiated, this moves the IVx3 valve
into the flush position. This line remains active until the next
injection cycle starts.
Adjusting Settings
The user can adjust the flush timer duration, the MPG response time, the RGA stroke timer, and
the alarm volume by changing the settings of components inside the control box. Refer to the
circuit diagram and component labels for assistance in identifying the items that need adjustment.
To adjust the settings, follow these steps:
Resin Gel Alarm (RGA)
1. Turn the knob on the mechanical RGA timer to set the required time (between 20 and 300
seconds).
