Note 

The dial shows seconds divided by 10. Therefore to set 100 seconds, set the 
dial to 10.  

2. To adjust the pneumatic RGA control, turn the knob on the flow control bank marked 

FC03.  

3. To adjust the whistle volume, turn the flow control knob that is marked FC01 (inline with 

the whistle).  

Flush Timer 

4. Turn the knob marked FC05 (flush timer restrictor) to adjust the flush timer.  

Note 

This circuit controls the rate of airflow out of the timer circuit reservoir and 
the speed at which the pressure fall in order to actuate the automatic flush 
stop valve. If the restrictor is fully wound in, air flow will be blocked and the 
timer will not operate. 

5. Time the flush cycle, then adjust the knob to increase or decrease the time as needed.  
6. Repeat these steps until the desired flush time is achieved.  

Note 

Times over 60 seconds are achievable with this circuit.
