Recalling the Preset with image Freeze:

go to OSD main menu, then to the P/T/Z submenu, and then

set "Freeze Image" to ON. Once this feature is enabled, the screen will freeze before going to a Preset.

This can be useful when recalling presets to hide camera shake from viewers.
