User’s Guide ViperTX Extreme

Basics

Coated feeding cylinder

Purpose

To tension the fabric for a perfectly straight printing surface

To inhibit smearing of the ink at the backside of the fabric

3.3.4

Pressure roller disabler tool

Purpose

To lift a pressure roller from the fabric when the application and / or fabric require it.

We recommend you to use two pressure roller disabler tools on both sides of the fabric.

According to your application it can be useful to disable more pressure rolls.

Be sure not to push the Pressure roller disabler tool too far! Otherwise the pressure roller
will break.

Installation procedure

Push down the pressure roller at the back of the printer and insert the disabler tool(s).
