Roll unit - unwinder

Fabric unwinding system with pneumatic shaft

Rear dancer bar

Keeps the fabric under constant pressure.

Adjustable deflection bar

This bar can be adjusted left and right. This to be able
to load fabric which has not an equal tension on both
sides.

Static dancer bar

Put extra pressure on the fabric.

Adjustable pressure roll

This roll will push the fabric against the drive belt.
Depending on the fabric, more or less pressure need
to be applied.

Drive belt - rear

Guides the fabric through the printer and keeps it flat.

Adjustable pressure bar

Higher or lower the bar on both sides to lower or
higher the pressure on the fabric and contact surface
with the drive belt. Lower the bar at one side to solve
wrinkling of the fabric.
