Dialing a Stored Telephone Number

To dial a stored telephone number, type
ATDSn
in terminal mode, where

is the location of the number you want to dial. For example, typing
ATDS6

dials a telephone stored in memory register 6 location.

Enables or disables persistent DTR dialing (PDD). PDD causes the terminal
adapter to automatically and continually redial stored telephone number 0
when the port has no active calls and DTR is high.
