CDMA Cellular Port Configuration
When an external Multi-Tech CDMA modem is connected to the MODEM port of a MT100A2W unit and the unit is
powered up, the Device Configuration menus will default to a CDMA Cellular Network.

transferred from a legacy device to a remote
destination without being modified.
C) Inbound/Outbound
Outbound
0) Auto Detect
automatically detects
between inbound and outbound.
1) PPP Client (Outbound)
option is for
outbound traffic from the MultiConnect AW to
the wireless network.
2) PPP Client Inbound (Listening)
option is
for inbound traffic to the MultiConnect AW
D) Wireless Connection
OnDemand
1) On-Demand
option initiates the wireless
connection when a request made.
2) Always On
option is always connected to
the cellular network.
ATTENTION:
If Always On is desired, wait
until you have made all your other
configuration changes before selecting this
option.
