Table 13. Lamp Troubleshooting (GBX24S continued)

SYMPTOM

POSSIBLE PROBLEM

SOLUTION

Lamps only lights for a short time.

Error indicators of the lighting units flash 

twice continuously?
Voltage of the LED power supply output. 

DC24V between 3(+) and 4(-) does not 

appear.

Replace defective LED power 

supply.

Error indicators of the lighting units flash 

3 times continuously?
Voltage of the LED power supply output. 

DC240V between 1(+) and 2(-) does not 

appear.

Replace defective LED power 

supply.

Error indicator of the lighting unit flashes 

3 times continuously?
Voltage of the LED power supply output. 

DC240V between 1(+) and 2(-) appears.

Replace lighting unit.

Lighting up, but not so bright or only 

lights for a short time.

Error indicator of the lighting unit 

flashes 4 or 5 or 6 times continuously. 

Miswiring?

Correct the wiring.

Error indicator of the lighting unit flashes 

4 or 5 or 6 times continuously. Some 

LED chips are not lit up?

Replace the LED panel or the whole 

lighting unit.

Error indicator of the lighting unit flashes 

4 or 5 or 6 times continuously. Wiring 

correct and all LED chips OK?

Replace the control board inside the 

lighting unit.

Lampstand actuator not working.

The ignition key switch is not turned to 

ON position?

Turn the ignition key switch.

Miswiring?

Correct the wiring.

Fuses on the right side of the control 

panel(box) broken?

Check the "Fuse" page, replace the 

broken fuse and remove the cause 

of it.

DC12V is applied to the lampstand 

actuator?

Replace the lampstand actuator.

Lampstand actuator is not working 

or is too slow.

DC12V is applied to the lampstand 

actuator but when trying to operate, the 

voltage measured at battery is down?

Charge or replace the battery

DC12V is applied to the actuator, and 

when trying to operate, the voltage 

measured at battery is not down, but the 

lampstand actuator is?

Replace the contact blocks behind 

the actuator switch or cables.
