TROUBLESHOOTING

Table 13. Lamp Troubleshooting (GBX24S)

SYMPTOM

POSSIBLE PROBLEM

SOLUTION

No displays on dimming meter.

Miswiring?

Correct the wiring.

Wiring correctly?

Replace the dimming meter assy.

Dimming meter assy is not broken?

Replace the LED power supply R.

Lighting up without switching on the 

light switch.

Miswiring?

Correct the wiring.

Wiring correctly?

Replace the dimming meter assy.

Dimming meter assy is not broken?

Replace the LED power supply.

Glow lamp is not working even 

though turning the ignition key 

switch.

Miswiring on the battery?

Correct wiring.

Fuses on the right side of the control 

panel(box)?

Check the page of "Fuse", replace 

the broken fuse and remove the 

cause of it.

Battery voltage? Sufficient voltage is 

normally 12- 14V.

Charge or replace the battery.

Battery works properly?

Replace the ignition switch or ECU.

All lighting units are not lit up.

Light switch is OFF?

Push the light switch on the control 

panel.

Breaker is tripped?

Push the breaker on the control 

panel.

AC120V is not applied to the LED power 

supply?

Generator could be problematic.

Lighting units are not lit up.

Miswiring?

Correct the wiring.

Error indicators of the lighting units not 

lit?
Voltage of LED power supply output DC 

240V between 1(+) and 2(-) does not 

appear.

Replace the defective LED power 

supply.

Lighting unit(s) is/are not lit up.

Voltage of LED power supply output. DC 

240V between 1(+) and 2(-) appears?

Replace the lighting unit(s).

Error indicator(s) of the lighting unit(s) is/

are just on?

Replace the control board(s) inside 

the lighting unit.

Lighting up, but not so bright.

Error indicator of the lighting unit flashes 

continuously?

Clean the fan and air passage.

Lamps only lights for a short time.

Error indicator of the lighting unit flashes 

twice continuously?
Voltage of the LED power supply output.

DC24V between 3(+) and 4(-)appears.

Clean or replace the fan.
