OPERATION
WELDING OPERATION
Adjust the arc force and current regulator control knobs
(Figure 24) to their respective positions depending on the
characteristics of the job requirements.

Both welder-generator models are equipped with a single
phase AC power source in addition to the DC welding
power source.
The AC power source and DC welding power source
can be used simultaneously. Reference Table 11 for the
simultaneous use of AC and DC power.

Stopping the Engine (Normal Shutdown)
1. Place AC circuit breaker (Figure 25) in the
OFF
position

2. Place idle control switch (Figure 26) in the

3. Let engine run at idle with no load for 2-3 minutes.
4. To shut-down the engine, place the generator's
operation switch (Figure 27) in the

6. Remove all loads and cables from the welder-generator.
Emergency Shutdown
