Quick Trouble shooting guide

Answer
The "COMM" led flash's slowly indefinitely and
stops occasionally
This would generally indicate that GSM has
not been able to connect to the network,
check the antenna connections and a valid
SIM card is installed
The GSM Signal LED's flash on and off
GPRS has not been able to establish a
connection on the private WAN, ensure a
valid SIM is installed.
The GSM Signal LED's are on solid but the
"COMM" LED flash's slowly
Ethernet has not been able to connect to
the server. Check you option settings in
55/59, ensure that the ports 5000-5010 are
allows on the local firewall, ensure the Green
and Orange LED's are on where you connect
the Ethernet cable (RJ45 socket).
"COMM" led is on, GSM signal LED's are ok,
the fault LED is always on
Check all zones that are enabled (Option 30)
are sealed with the correct end of line
resistors, the tamper is closed, the battery is
connected, AC is connected and a PSTN line
is connected (is enabled)
