Inspect Consumables

Change Tip Menu to turn the coolant pump of the plasma unit OFF.

Review the condition of the consumables, including swirl rings and O rings.

Replace consumables if necessary.

Turn on Fume Extraction

Turn on fume extraction to prevent creating unsafe conditions. Operators should make sure that the fume
extraction system is turned off when the plasma unit is off.

Access DNC

C:\Dncfiles directory.
