Check engine coolant level (→ Page 81), check charge-air coolant level
(→ Page 89).
Coolant circuit
Preheat engine coolant with coolant preheating unit, if fitted.
Fuel prefilter (if fitted)
Drain water and contaminants, see manufacturer's documentation.
Engine control system
Switch on.
