7.2.1
After completing the EDS wizard, return to the main window
of RSLogix 5000. In the controller organizer sidebar, expand
the I/O Configuration tree and right-click your network. Select
“
New Module
”.

In the
Select Module Type
window, choose “R-Series EtherNet/
IP” and click “
Create
”.

In the
New Module
window, enter a name in the ‘Name’ field,
select the
Ip Address
radio button and enter the
Fixed IP
Address
that is assigned to the sensor. Click “
OK
” and close the
new module window.
