At the end of its service life, this product must not be disposed of with mixed
household waste; return it to a collector/recycler of waste electrical and electronic
equipment. This is shown by the symbol placed on the product, the user manual
or the packaging. The materials used in the machine can be reused according to

TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Possible cause
Action
Reduced
flow
Clogged pre-
filter
Clean the exterior of the strainer and remove
impurities from the rotor’s vicinity.
Clogged
discharge line
Clean the hose by back-flushing.
Low battery
voltage
Check the condition of the battery and charge if
necessary.
Bent water
discharge hose
If the hose is kinked/bent at a sharp bend, replace
it with a hose that does not bend at bends.
The pump
does not
pump water
Cable
connections
Ensure that cable connections are not corroded.
Visual inspection is insufficient; to check if cable
are still connected, pull each cable lightly. Ensure
that no cable connections hang down into water.
Blown fuse
Check the fuse to ensure that it is properly rated.
If the fuse keeps blowing, check the rotor through
the inlet opening to ensure that it is not blocked
or there is no waste inside it.
Float switch
failure
Lift the end of the float switch — if the pump is
on, the switch operates properly. If the pump is
off, change the MANUAL SWITCH to ON — if the
pump is on, the circuit breaker has failed.
The pump
does not
deactivate
Something locks
the float
Clean the space below the float to ensure that the
impurities do not keep the float lifted.
Contaminated
float
Check if the float is contaminated with bilge oil. If
the float seems to act slowly and/or does not
move freely, the pump may run intermittently or
sporadically. This is the case usually as a result of
accumulation of oil and/or dirt in and around
movable parts of the switch. To remove
contaminants, immerse the entire switch in
