How to set the exercises with the remote control that
I see on the diagrams.
Press the <speed> key for 70 Km/h speed, press <frequency> until the 9 appears.
Now press the <cross> key two dots appear on the playing field in front of the T-line.
By pressing the <cross> button repeatedly, you can select one of the six playing
fields you want to practice. Now you have to connect the remote control to the
machine by pressing the <start> button. A black dot will then appear in the lower right
corner of the display. If you want to stop the exercise, you have to press the <F> key,
the exercise will be stopped.
