DRAM RAPL BWLIMIT
This setting specifies the limits on the average power consumption and the
bandwdth of a DRAM module n operaton.
Perfmon and DFX Devices
Ths settng controls the Perfmon and DFX devces.
DRAM RAPL Mode
This setting specifies the DRAM RAPL mode.
DDR Speed
This setting specifies the DDR speed.
Channel Interleaving
Hgher values dvde memory blocks and spread contguous portons of data
across nterleaved channels, thereby ncreasng potental read bandwdth as
requests for data can be made to all nterleaved channels n an overlapped
manner.
Rank Interleaving
Rank nterleavng allows to ppelne address and commands to one rank whle
READ/WRITE operatons on a dfferent rank are stll under way.
Patrol Scrub, Demand Scrub
These settngs support demand and patrol scrubbng to detect and repar
memory problems. If t encounters a memory problem that cannot be repared,
t marks the bad locaton so that t wll not be used n the future.
Data Scrambling
Ths settng enables/dsables memory data scramblng.
Rank Margin
Ths settng enables/dsables the DDR Rank Margnng Tool for memory mar-
gn testng.
OLTT Peak BW%
In Open-Loop Thermal Throttlng (OLTT), the memory bandwdth s lmted
to slow the memory bus to keep thngs cool at the prce of memory prefor-
mance.
Altitude
Altude wll change the ramp rate when under stress to move more ar at hgh
alttues where the ar s thnner.
Serial Message Debug Level
This setting specifies the level of serial message debugging.
