INSTALLATION 

2.1 

Power Supply and Fuses 
When the equipment is first received, make sure the voltage selector switch 

is correctly positioned to suit your power supply. This switch is located at the 

rear of the unit, next to the process timer connection.

Two anti-surge fuses are factory fitted in the holders located beneath the mains 

inlet connection socket. 
Location of the Instrument and Electrical Connections 

Place the Soniprep 150 on a suitable table or bench and ensure that at the rear 

of the instrument is at least 50mm (2’) away from the wall to allow adequate air 

circulation. 
See ‘ELECTRICITY SUPPLY SHEET’ (front of manual) for plug/mains cable
