Structure composition
A. Structure
Dispensing booth adopts modular design, on-site assembly and disassembly is convenient.
Equipment is assembled from the working area, upper front cabinet, upper rear cabinet, rear cabinet
and the side panel. The overall adopts 304 brushed stainless steel with sealant being applied on the
welding joint, to ensure the tightness, tidiness and beautifulness of the working area (as is shown in
Figure 14).
B. Air filtration system
Air filtration system is the most important system to ensure the performance of this equipment. It
consists of a fan and an air filter. The bottom is equipped with primary, medium efficiency filters,
and the top is equipped with high efficiency filter, the filtration efficiency can reach 99.999%
(diameter is0.3μm); the most important function of air filtration system is to keep clean air enter
into the operating area continuously, to ensure that the airflow velocity and cleanliness in the
operating area can meet the standard requirements.
C. Differential pressure gauge
The equipment is equipped with three differential pressure gauges, purpose of which is to measure
the filter pressure, to provide lasting performance indicators for the dispensing booth. 0-125Pa
differential pressure gauge is selected to test the primary, medium efficiency filters, among which,
the primary efficiency filter should be cleaned, replaced regularly according to the use condition.ent.
0-500Pa 0-250Padifferential pressure gauge is selected to test the high efficiency filter. When the
pressure exceeds 1.5 times of the initial resistance (initial resistance is 100Pa), please replace the
high efficiency filter.
