11 Removal

5809776/02 EN

The following describes the safe removal of the device.

DANGER

Electric shock!

Risk of fatal injury due to electrical voltage. Always observe
the following safety regulations when working in or on electri-
cal equipment.

► Disconnect the equipment.

► Lock the equipment to prevent an unintentional restart.

► Make sure all poles are de-energized.

► Ground and short-circuit.

► Cover or cordon off adjacent energized parts.

To remove the device, proceed as follows:

1. Disconnect the power supply.

2. Remove the network cable.

3. Remove the grounding cable.

4. If mounted on a cap rail: press the device downwards and remove it from

the cap rail.

5. If mounted in a control panel: remove the tension clamps and push the

device forwards out of the control panel cut-out.
