Assembly Manual Anita Big Digit Clock
Foreword
Dear Clock friend,
Thank you very much for purchasing this Anita Clock kit with 20 cm (8“) display height.
Please do not "cobble" the kit together in record time, but take a quiet evening and a few hours to
build.
You should also already own the necessary equipment and knowledge to be able to build such a
high-quality kit without complications. The resulting success will definitely reward you for your effort
and stamina.
The manual assumes that you have advanced electronic skills, e.g. you should know that ICs, diodes
and electrolytic capacitors are polarized components and may not be soldered in reverse polarity.
Likewise you are aware that semiconductors are electrostatically sensitive components and may
only be stored in antistatic containers and should be touched on all three components legs together.
Also you should not be electrostathic „charged“.
Furthermore, a temperature-controlled soldering station with max. 1 mm wide tip and fine electronic
solder as well as appropriate electronic tools such as multimeter, TX10 and PH2 screwdrivers,
side cutters, tweezers, magnifying glass etc. is required.
Please Note
Follow the steps in this manual in the order listed and the tips and notes. These are all
tested and approved and allow you a trouble-free assembly.

And now, dear lady, dear sir - fire up your soldering station ...
