MAINTENANCE
This chapter deals with maintenance. This may only be carried out by qualified personnel who have
received training for this purpose. This manual should be strictly adhered to in order to avoid any
further (technical) difficulties.
Preventive maintenance is important for the proper functioning of the Ultra Fill.
8.1
Safety instructions
Warning! Remove the main fuse before beginning with any maintenance. Failure
to do so may result in serious injury.
Before carrying out maintenance:
•
Maintenance of this product may only be carried out by qualified personnel who have received
training for this purpose.
•
Ensure all relevant people are made aware before carrying out any maintenance.
•
Make sure there are no loose tools or items on, under or near the product.
•
Clean thoroughly before starting maintenance.
•
Do not start any maintenance if there is any doubt regarding personal safety.
During maintenance:
•
Make sure nobody is in the vicinity while maintenance is being performed.
•
Always use the correct tools and materials for maintenance.
Once maintenance is complete:
•
Clear away all tools and loose items from the vicinity.
8.2
PPE required for maintenance
No specific PPE is required for maintenance.

The following symbols indicate the intervals at which maintenance should be performed:

Maintenance schedule
Maintenance is limited to preventive maintenance only and should be carried out in line with the
schedule below. Maintenance is important in order to guarantee usability, durability and safety of the
product.
