Switch off the device before starting disinfection and
remove the USB cable.
Disinfect all used parts of the device 1x daily as described
below.
1. Please place the nebulizer head in 75%
ethanol solution for three minutes.
Then let it dry completely in a clean
environment and on a lint-free cloth.
2. Wipe the mouthpiece and masks with
a 75% ethanol solution. Do not insert.
3. Then allow all parts to dry completely
in a clean environment and on a lint-
free cloth.
Disinfection
Thermal disinfection
The following accessories can be thermally disinfected:
Nebulizer head (1), mouthpiece (9), adapter for silicone masks
(10), silicone masks (11) - (see page 6)
Version A
(Steam sterilization in pot)
1. Thoroughly clean the nebulizer head and the used accesso-
ry as described in the „Cleaning“ section.
2. Fill a pot with sufficient low-calcification water and place
the nebulizer-head and the
accessories in a suitable sieve.
3. Insert the hanging sieve/conti-
nuous fermentation insert into
the pot and check that the wa-
ter does not reach the sieve!
The nebulizer head must not
come into contact with water.
4. Close the pot with a lid.
5. Heat the water in the pot until
it boils and then let the nebuli-
zer parts disinfect in steam for
15 minutes.
6. Wait until the nebulizer head and mouthpiece have cooled
and then remove from the sieve. Dry them and store them
in the carrier bag or in a dry and dust-free place.
