Connect the USB cable to the base unit as shown in the figu-
re. (An external battery / power bank is not offered by us. You
can use commercially available external rechargeable batte-
ries and computer and car ports with the USB port).
• If alkaline batteries are used, the
MicroDrop® mesh
can be
used for approx. 3 days (with an application duration of
approx. 30 min. per day).
• If the light of the ON/OFF switch flashes quickly, the batteries
will soon run out. Replace the batteries with two new ones.
Please note:
• Never insert the batteries with the wrong polarity (+ and -).
• Replace empty batteries with new ones immediately.
• If you do not want to use the device for more than 3 months,
remove the batteries. Otherwise the batteries may leak and
damage the device.
• Only use the recommended batteries for the operation of
the device. Do not use old or half-empty batteries.

Using the USB cable
Please note that you are not using rechargeable batteries
in this device but standard AA alkaline batteries!
1. Open the battery compartment
2. Insert the 2x AA batteries and
make sure that the polarity is
correct.
3. Close the battery compart-
ment.
Inserting the batteries
The unit is powered by batteries or a USB cable.
Please note that the USB cable must be connected with
Micro-USB-connection is designed for a voltage of 5V.
