Wash and cut the fruits in their skins into parts that fit easily
into the insertion opening. Peel if necessary. Do not put too
large a quantity of fruit parts in the insertion opening,
so as not to overfill it. Push with the push rod.

Peel the fruits and remove the excess
of white fibre. Divide into natural particles.
EXTRACTING THE JUICE
CAUTION! Do not cut vegetables and fruits into thin slices, cubes etc. Parts that are too small or too large will
make juice extraction harder.

Wash carefully the fruits and vegetables you are going to process and cut them into small
pieces (but not slices or too small pieces) so that you can easily put them into the appliance
through the hole in the main container

if needing to empty them, first turn the device off using the power off switch

The device may stop working when it meets too much resistance. In such a case it must
be turned off

, as that can mean the vegetable or fruit parts inserted are too large. This
happens mainly with hard vegetables and fruits. In such a case the power on switch
2
must be switched to reverse. The juice extractor will then run in the reverse mode, causing
the motor to become unblocked.
GENERAL NOTES
1.
If possible use fresh and ripe fruits and vegetables.
2.
Soft or too ripe fruits will cause the juice not to be clear.
3.
Apple juice may go brown quickly – to slow down the process press a couple of drops
of lemon juice into the juice.
4.
If the juice is too thick, use mineral water to dilute it.
SLOW JUICER DISASSEMBLY

Turn the device off using the power off switch
