Using NPort CE Driver Manager 

After you install NPort CE Driver Manager, you can set up the NPort’s serial ports as remote COM ports for 
your Windows CE. Make sure that the serial port(s) on your NPort are set to Real COM mode when mapping 
COM ports with NPort CE Driver Manager.

Go to 

Start > Programs > NPort CE Driver Manager

.

Click on the 

COM Mapping

 page and then the “Search” button to scan for NPort servers 

 

3.

 

All NPort servers that were located will appear in the NPort CE Driver Manager window. Click on the 
server whose COM ports you would like to map to and then select the port index. Note that multiple 
selections are allowed.
