1. Once installed the rotator, reposition the rotator to set it horizontally according to the level
bubble on the rotator.
2. Connect the camera's hot shoe port to the camera port on the rotator (port with the camera
icon).
3. Power on the Rotator.
4. Camera settings: turn off the autofocus, turn off the reflector pre-up, turn off the “silent shutter”,
if the camera comes with a built-in time-lapse app, also turn off the “silent shutter” in the built-in
app; turn on the “flash”; the DSLR camera needs to turn off “ Real-time display", micro-single
camera is not required to turn off the “Real-time display”.
5. Connect the external timer shutter release, set the shutter time, interval time and the number of
shots. If you use the built-in time-lapse app of your camera, then there is no need for external
shutter release.
6. Turn on your phone’s “Bluetooth”.
7. Open the app “SiFo assistant”.
Click “Rotater” to enter the “BLE Settings” interface, select the device from the device list., and
confirm.
If the Android cannot find it, goto the rights management settings of your android phone, set the
"Location" and "Bluetooth" options to allow.
‘Blue LED on’ means: Device not connected,
‘Blue LED off’ means the Bluetooth is connected.
The percentage indicates the current power of the device.
You can rename your device name to make it more easy to identify.
