preparation. Place it on a wire tray to allow it
to cool down.
. If the mixer (F) has been left in the
preparation, wait until it cools down before
removing it.
You can leave the preparation in the
appliance and move onto a keep-warm
cycle for one hour.
The display remains at 0.00 during the one-
hour period of keeping warm. A beep sounds
at regular intervals during this hour. At the end
of the cycle, the appliance automatically turns
itself off after emitting 3 beeps. The time for the
program previously selected is shown in the
display.
. Unplug the appliance and remove the bowl
by the handle using oven gloves.
You can cancel the keep-warm function at any
time by pressing the "start/stop" switch (I4).
You can add cooking time.
. Using the “Menu” control (I6), select program
“11”.
Automatically, an additional period of one
hour will be displayed (beep at the end of one
hour).
You can stop this program at any time by
pressing the "start/stop" switch (I4).

ELAYED
PROGRAM
:
You can programme the appliance so that
your preparation will be ready at a time that
you choose. This stage occurs after selecting
the program, the level of browning and the
weight.
. Calculate the period of time between the time
you start the program and the time at which
you would like your preparation to be ready.
. Using the control (I2), display the calculated
time using the + and - controls. This time
cancels and replaces the pre-programmed
time shown in the display
E.g.: It is 20:00 and you want your bread ready
at 7 o’clock tomorrow morning: using control
(I2), programme 11 hours with the + and -
controls.
Note:
The delayed start cannot be used on programs
5, 6 and 11.
Practical hints
- To ensure that your preparations turn out
well, it is important to measure the amount
of flour you use precisely. For this reason,
we recommend that you weigh the flour
using a kitchen scale.
- If you want to run two programs one after
the other, wait 30 minutes before starting the
second preparation.
- In order to avoid disturbing the preparations
when they are rising, we advise you to place
all the ingredients in the bowl right at the
start and not to open the lid during use.
- Take no notice of any beeps during the
program.
- If you want program 1, do not press the
“Menu” control (I6) but go straight to the
following settings.
- If you are selecting programs 5 to 10, it is
not necessary to select the browning level
or the weight. The browning level is selected
automatically (arrow on 2), as is the weight
(arrow on 750 g).
- If, during the cycle, the program is stopped
as the result of a power cut or by mistake,
the programming is lost. You can use
program 11 to finish cooking.

down.
