Selecting a System Mode
Your Service Provider configures Select System Mode when you
receive your phone. This feature allows you to select the type of
system your phone will attempt to access. See below for a chart of
available settings.

Standard Mode:
Your phone first seeks a home type
system, then a non-home type system.
Home Only Mode:
Phone will not operate outside its
home system.
Scan A Mode*:
Phone will operate only within
non-wireline (A) systems.
Scan B Mode*:
Phone will operate only within
wireline (B) systems.
Analog Only Mode*:
Phone will only operate on analog
networks. Some peripheral devices
require analog signals.
