14 Getting to know your phone
Navigating the cordless handset menu
Your SC200 has an easy to use menu system on the
cordless handset.
Each menu has a list of options, which you can see on the
menu map on the following page.
When the handset is switched on and in standby:
1. Press
to open the main menu.
2. Then use or buttons to scroll through the available
options.
3. Soft key options OK and are displayed. Press to
select OK and open a sub-menu or validate an option.
Press to go back to the previous menu level, correct
a character or cancel an action.
Note
If no buttons are pressed for 15 seconds, the handset
returns to standby automatically.
H Recall
Use with switchboard / PABX services and some
network services.
When on an external call, press Recall to get a fresh
dialling tone or to access call waiting when you hear the
signal. Press the key again to toggle between your two
callers.
I Redial
In standby mode, press to open the redial list.
J Hands-free
Press to make a hands-free call.
K Caller ID right
Press to open the calls list.
Scroll through the redial list and calls list.
L OK / Clock
Press to select or confirm a displayed option.
Press and hold to set the clock.
M Volume Down
Press to decrease the volume of the base ringer.
When on a call using the corded handset or in hands-
free mode, press to decrease the volume of the caller.
N # / Ringer Off
Dial a #.
Press and hold to turn the ringer volume on and off.
