battery is completely seated in its socket.

Replace the lens assembly, antenna, SIM, and battery as described in the
procedures.
Removing and Replacing the Display Board Assembly
1.
Remove the battery, SIM, antenna, and lens assembly as described in the
procedures.
2.
Carefully work the flat end of the disassembly tool under the flex connector
and remove the connector from the display board as shown in Figure 20.

In some models, the flex connector may be padded with foam rubber.

The vibrator is connected to the display board with wire leads. Exercise care to not
damage the wires when removing and replacing the display board and vibrator.
