Locate 

the 

DRIVE SHAFT ASSEMBLY

 and mount to the adaptor plates as shown in Pictures #12 and 13.

Locate 

the top wheel hub  and

 LOOSEN THE  MIDDLE CLAMP FASTENERS 

(see Picture  below). Then, 

slide the hub onto the drive shaft (see Picture #15 or 16).
