Rating plate
The rating plate on MSD Servo Drives informs about the serial number, from which you
can read the manufacturing date by using the following key. The location of the rating
plate on your MSD Servo Drive AC-AC can be found from page 18 onwards.

• MSD Servo Drive AC-AC drive unit
• Terminal accessory pack for control and power terminals
(depending on device rated power and variant)
• Set of grommets (on devices with liquid cooling)

Pictograms as described in the following table are used in this operation manual for
better orientation. The meaning of the corresponding pictogram is always correct, even
if it is placed e.g. next to a terminal diagram without any accompanying text.
