Troubleshooting:

The following is a troubleshooting chart of possible problems:
PROBLEM
SOLUTION
Pilot won't ignite or spark. - Check the on the batteries on the
remote or the receiver.
- Check the green LED on AC adaptor
-Check the green ground wire under
the valve
Main burner will not light.
- Check the wiring on the valve as per
diagram
One or more light bulbs are
not working
- Contact the local dealer for repairs
or service
Fan not working
- Make sure the fan speed control is on.
- 10 minute delay to turn on.
If your fireplace still does not operate correctly, consult your local Montigo dealer.
All service and repairs should be performed by a qualified Technician.
All spare parts, optional fans, and optional trim finishes are available from your local Montigo dealer.

Replacing Light Bulbs
The
P38DF*
light bulbs can be replaced in a few simple steps. Follow
the directions for removing the door on
page 20.
Once the door has
successfully been removed, proceed with
figures 27 - 27b
.

. Wear gloves when handling light bulbs. To remove
a light bulb, pull connecting wire away from bulb and pull
light bulb up. Replace with new light bulb.

. Rotate newly replaced bulbs in a full circle. Place
glass cover back in the burner tray.
