Align the holes on blade with the screw
holes on the bracket inside fan housing
and partially install the blades with set
screws provided.
Note
: The screw holes on the bracket
are not vertical, install the set screws
align with the screw holes as shown in
illustration.
Make sure to tighten the set screws
after top and bottom blades are
assembled together.
Flip the fan body with blades over and
insert the other blades (
the blades with
inserted nuts
) into the other slots on the
fan housing.
Note
:
The inserted nuts here should
be downward, face to the blades
installed in the last installation step.
Align the holes on blade with the screw
holes on the bracket inside fan housing
and install the blades with set screws
provided. Tighten the set screws
securely.
Note
: The screw holes on the bracket
are not vertical, install the set screws
align with the screw holes as shown in
illustration.
Flip the fan body with blades over again.
Assembly the top and bottom blades with
set screws and washers provided.
Helpful hint
: Make small adjustment by
moving the blades a little, and moving
bottom bade upward may help to align
the holes and screw holes.
Note : Make sure to tighten the set
screws of top blades with the
bracket.
Replace the top housing on the yoke.
Install it with the set screws remove in
installation step 4.
Remove preassembled keeper pin and
cross pin from downrod.
