INITIAL CHECKS

Switch machine on at mains.

Check all safety guards are closed and emergency stop button is released.

With a zero speed command and the drive disabled, apply power to the
amplifier units by pressing start button -

check 3 status LED’s are showing: -

RED

OFF

YELLOW

GREEN

OFF

Ensure head raise / lower motor coupling is decoupled from ball screw.
See CAUTION.

Obtain ‘SPEED SET UP’ menu (see fig45) and input the following values: -
