a) Press the button ENTER. For the start time,
the hours are selected. Adjust them with the
buttons

b) Go to the minutes with the button

adjust them in the same way.
c) Repeat the procedure for the stop time.
d) On the right, next to the start time and stop
time, it is shown if the timer function is
switched on or off. If Off is shown, go to Off
with the button
and switch to On with the
button

e) Finally confirm the settings with the button
ENTER. Then it is possible to select another
menu item.

To format the memory card
(e. g. prior to the
first use or to delete all recordings), go to the
menu item “Format card” with the button

a) Press the button ENTER. The following con-
firmation prompt is inserted:

b) If you do not wish to delete the memory card,
press the button ENTER to stop the proce-
dure.
c) To format and delete, select YES with the but-
ton

7) To exit the menu, press the button MENU.
If the screen shows the live picture of a camera, the
following symbols may be inserted according to the
adjustments:
symbol for the activated motion sensor
symbol for the overwrite mode
clock symbol when a time-controlled record-

8.2 Starting the recording
1) Use the button
or
(10) to select the picture
of the camera to be recorded or the quad picture
with all cameras. However, it is also possible to
activate the scan function via the menu item
“Preview mode” (chapter 6.1) in order to switch
to the picture of the next camera every 5 sec-
onds.
2) To start a video recording or to take a photo
(adjustable in the menu item “Record type”),
press the button REC (13).

3) While recording, all buttons are locked, except
for REC and TALK (9). It is possible to terminate
a video recording with the button REC at any
time, even if it is time-controlled or started by a
motion detection.
Notes
1. If the SD card symbol (d) is displayed in red and the
overwrite mode is deactivated [symbol
(f) not in
-
serted], no recording can be started. There is no suffi-
cient memory space on the card.
2. A video recording is automatically continued with a new
file after 10 minutes each.
3. It will take approx. 1 second to memorize a photo.
