Adjustment blocks are used for height adjustment and levelling. They are appropriate
for interior or exterior installation depending on their version. A traverse is required
additionally in case of installation with interior adjustment blocks (JBI). The scope of
delivery includes a total of six exterior adjustment blocks (JBA) per WLK/WLKP, or two
traverses with four interior adjustment blocks:
Installation preparation

Remove the packaging of the system convector without damaging the device.
¾
Remove the installation cover from the convector trough.
¾
You will find the supplied accessories (according to the scope of delivery) in the
connection compartment below the installation cover.
¾
The installation cover may only be removed permanently after the end of all con-
struction work.
Height adjustment
Step-on ability
The adjustment blocks included in the scope of supply are only intended for level-
ling purposes. The following applies in order to achieve step-on ability without ad-
ditional support over the entire surface:

with JBA: step-on ability given up to 130 kg/m if distance A is max. 500 mm.

with JBA: step-on ability given up to 180 kg/m if distance A is max. 400 mm.

with JBI: step-on ability given up to 205 kg/m if distance A is max. 1180 mm.

Caution
Permanent damage to the device!
The amount of adjustment blocks included in the scope of delivery is only
intended for levelling purposes! In order to achieve full step-on ability, sup-
port the entire surface of the system convector with a pressure-proof filling
substance, or with a heat and step-on acoustic insulation, or increase the
amount of adjustment blocks (see “step-on ability”)!
