Approvals

The ZB12 and ZB32 overload relays are manufactured
conform to the IEC EN 60947 low-voltage switchgear
standards and comply with the demands of the
94/9/EC (ATEX 100a) directive for the protection of
EEx e-motors.

Furthermore, motors in zones 21 and 22 (areas with
combustible dusts) can be protected conform to
EN 50281-1-1 and EN 50281-1-2. The motor outgoer wiring
must be implemented conform to IEC/EN 60947-1, table 9.

ZB32: PTB 04 ATEX 3022

The relays are approved by UL and CSA for the USA and
Canada.
