Function
1. After having inserted the lower half-keg as described above, assemble also the upper half-keg with the filter, and fill it
with water; keep on pushing both the faucets of hot and cold water, until the water gets out from the nozzle, in order
to be sure that both the containers for hot and cold water are filled.
2. Plug the power cord to the wall outlet.
Mod. 740F : switch the cooling switch V on, then the cooling indicator N is lit green. When the cold water tempera-
ture reaches the set limit, the cool indicator O lights up. When the cold water temperature is higher than the set
limit, the cooling process starts once again.

is lit red. When the warm water tempera-
ture reaches the set limit, the indicator turns to yellow. When the warm water temperature is lower than the set
limit, the warming process starts once again.
Switch the cooling switch V on, then the cooling indicator N is lit green. When the cold water temperature reaches
the set limit, the indicator turns to yellow. When the cold water temperature is higher than the set limit, the cooling
process starts once again.
3. If there is no water left in the keg, put dinking water into the upper part.
BASIC OPERATION
Do not connect the electrical power plug until water comes out of the hot
water tap.
Using other direct drinkable water with lots of mineral may cause serious
damage to the heating electrical sets.
If the ice stops up the cold water tap, please switch off the cooling switch,
then turn on the switch 4 hours later.
Mounting of the keg of drinking water
1. Screw the water level float B on the bottom of the lower half-keg C .
2. Fasten the lower half-keg

on the top of the appliance, matching the slots and
screwing it slightly clockwise.
3. Place the gasket D on the filter E ; fasten the part, pushing it into the hole on the
bottom of the upper half-keg F .
4. Fasten the upper half-keg F on the lower half-keg C by a smooth pressure.

The filter E must be replaced every 6 weeks.
First use
1. Before using, clean the appliance carefully by means of hot water and 50 gr of
citric acid or lemon juice. Then insert the lower half-keg into its position on the
appliance, and let the water drain out from the taps, in order to clean also the
internal parts. Then rinse carefully using only hot water. Repeat the above opera-
tion twice at least.
2. Take away the drain caps S and T located under the appliance and void the inner
containers of hot and cold water; make another washing using water and then put
the caps again, paying attention to fasten properly the sealing rings.
