Detaching the leg plate

WARNING

A leg plate weighs 8 kg (17.7lbs) (each). 
Pay special attention when handling it. It may drop 
and cause damage or injury.

1. 

Hold the ends of the leg plate at the foot side.

2. 

Turn the leg plate attaching/removing handle to loosen it.

3. 

Hold both sides of the leg plate and pull it straight out.

Attaching the leg plates

WARNING

Make sure to turn and fix the leg plate attaching/

removing handle. If the leg plates move with the 
handle in a loosened state, the patient may get 
injured.

1. 

Hold the leg plate firmly, align the insertion shaft of the leg 

plate with the reception hole and insert it into the reception 
hole.

2. 

After checking that the leg plate is completely inserted, 

turn the leg plate attaching/removing handle to fix it.

CAUTION

Completely insert the leg plate into the leg plate 
clutch. If using the leg plate without inserting it 
completely into the leg plate clutch, the leg plates 
may get damaged.

NOTE

If the leg plate attaching/
removing handle is rotated 
while it is being pulled 
down, then the grip can be 
changed to be directed in a 

desired orientation.
