suppresses rolling motion of the ship.

applies a principle that the Gyro torque (force) is

generated by inclination of the flywheel rotation at high speed.

(a) Only the repairmen, who have received the specified training

about the

, are permitted to perform maintenance and

inspection other than items mentioned in this manual.
