How to Respond

Note

This is not a malfunction.
This may occur when the operation gets started in
the room of high humidity.

A white mist is expelled from the indoor unit.

COOL: when pipes or piping joints are cooled, they
get sweated and water drips down.
HEAT: water drips down from the heat exchanger.
Note: Make use of optional parts “Drain Socket” and

“Drain pan” if these water needs to be collected
and drained out for once.

Water or moisture is expelled from the outdoor
unit.

Batteries are being exhausted. Replace them and
press the reset button of remote controller.

The display of wireless remote controller gets dim
or does not come on.
The indoor unit does not receive a signal from
remote controller at a long distance.
