7.5. Energy saving
7.5.1. Automatic return to the preset temperature
1) Select "Energy saving" from the Main menu, and press the
SELECT
button.

Move the cursor to "Auto return" with the F1 or F2 button, and

• Auto return: No (disable)/Yes (enable)
• Cool: Timer setting range is 30 to 120 minutes in 10-minute increments.
Temperature setting range is 19 to 30ºC (67 to 87ºF) (1ºC inc-
rements).
• Heat: Timer setting range is 30 to 120 minutes in 10-minute increments.
Temperature setting range is 17 to 28ºC (63 to 83ºF) (1ºC inc-
rements).
Press the
SELECT
button to save the settings. "Cool" includes "Dry"
and "AUTO Cooling" modes, and "Heat" includes "AUTO Heating"
mode.
The screen to set the selected item will appear.

The above Timer or Preset temperature settings will not be effective
when the Temp. range is restricted and when the system is centrally
controlled (when the Temp. range setting from local controller is
prohibited). When the system is centrally controlled (when Timer
operation from local remote controller is prohibited), only the Timer
setting will be ineffective.

Example: Lower the Set temp. to 24ºC (75ºF). 60 minutes later, the Set
temp. will be back to 28ºC (83ºF).
